Rakibo Return & Refund Policy
At Rakibo, your satisfaction means everything to us. We stand by the quality of every toy we make and want you to feel fully confident with your purchase — whether it’s through our website or on Amazon.
Amazon Orders
All Rakibo toys purchased through Amazon.com are fulfilled and shipped by Amazon (FBA).
That means:
- Your order automatically follows Amazon’s return and refund policy.
- You can initiate a return directly through your Amazon account within the return-eligibility window (usually 30 days from delivery).
- Returns are processed by Amazon, and you’ll receive a full refund once the product is received and inspected.
If you need help with your Amazon order, simply:
Go to Your Orders on Amazon.
- Select the Rakibo item you wish to return.
- Click “Return or Replace Items.”
- Choose the reason for return and follow Amazon’s instructions.
We are notified automatically when your return is processed, and we’ll ensure you receive prompt support if needed.
Rakibo Website Orders
For purchases made directly through rakibotoys.com:
- You may return any unused, undamaged toy in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- To start a return, email rakibotoys@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label if the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged on arrival.
For other returns (e.g., change of mind), customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
To keep every family’s play experience safe and hygienic, we cannot accept returns for:
- Toys that have been used, soiled, or damaged after delivery.
- Products missing original parts, packaging, or batch labels.
- Items marked Final Sale or Clearance at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing issue, we’ll replace it or refund you — no questions asked. Please contact us at rakibotoys@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order details.
